What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit.
This is a program specifically geared & designed for children & their developmental needs.
It is important to pair fitness & fun, thereby creating a lifelong love of health & fitness for our children.


What happens in CrossFit Kids classes?
CrossFit Kids classes combine gymnastics, body-weight callisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop strength, coordination, and endurance.
Every class helps kids discover a love for fitness by making it engaging, entertaining, and accessible to all.

Kids (6-8 yrs)
Tues: 4:45pm - 5:30pm
Sun: 10am - 10:45am
Jr. Varsity (9-15 yrs)
Tues: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sun: 11am - 12pm
