Have questions about our Nutritional Consultations?

Do I have to do all 3 phases?

No. You can stop at whichever phase you want. It depends completely on how much you want to improve your diet.

Do I have to start with Phase 1?

No. The nutritionist will look at your diet, fitness and activity level, and your goals to make an assessment of which phase you are in. Some people may begin in phase 2 or 3.

How long is each phase?

Some people may only need 3 sessions in a particular phase, while others may need more. It depends on the person and what their diet is, and how much of a change they would like to make.

What is the difference between a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a dietitian?

Both R.H.N.s and dietitians believe that nutrition plays a vital role in overall health.

R.H.N.s will deal with a person as a whole, recommending quality food and considering the effects of food additives and preservatives have on the human body.

Dietitians usually provide nutritional advice as it relates to a disease or medical diagnosis, focusing on calories as well as fat, protein, and carbohydrate content, and often recommending artificial sweeteners and fat substitutes.
