Membership Policy
- For your convenience, your membership automatically renews each month.
- Your profile requires a valid payment method. Exceptions are possible.
- Memberships can be suspended. (See our suspension policy.)
- Cancellation requests must be done in writing (yes, email is fine).
Suspension Policy
- Must be requested in writing (yes, email is fine) at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Must be for at least 2 weeks and no more than 3 months.
- A membership must remain active for as least as long as it was suspended before another suspension can be applied.
- Suspensions are complimentary with all memberships.

All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars.
All sales are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers of sessions.
Exceptions are considered on a per situation basis.
Your sessions expire within 365 days of purchase.
You are responsible for knowing the date of expiry of your sessions.
