Practice kettlebell snatch for 10-15 minutes

Conditioning

If you need to make more than 1 modification to workout A, perform workout B.
A) As many kettlebell snatch as possible in 5 minutes

*Can not put kettlebell down on the ground.

*Switch hands as needed.

Rest 3 minutes

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • Row for 15 calories or 200m Run
  • 12 Floor wipers with dumbbell
  • 12 Push-up

B) As many Dumbbell muscle snatch as possible in 5 minutes

*Resting dumbbell down on the ground is permitted. However, no more than 10 seconds rest at a time.

*Switch hands as needed.

Rest 2 minutes

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • Row for 15 calories or 200m Run
  • 12 Floor wipers or V-ups
  • 10 Push-up

Bonus

Glute-ham raise 3×5-8 reps
